| Why I order the way I
do-- This website has been a joy for us and we have received so many wonderful comments from our customers. As Alan and I enter our 'senior' years we have considered the possibility of closing our business so we can do a bit more traveling and have more spontaneous adventures. However, because you, our customers, have expressed your appreciation for our offerings of bellpull hardware and other items, we have decided to continue Cheryl's Stitchery Nook, but order less frequently. This way we can avoid an "order on Friday, mail the following week" schedule and free some time for a few days away if needed. The other factor contributing to this decision of fewer ordering weeks is the economy. The size of our orders to Wichelt Imports and HDC has been declining, but our postage costs continue to rise, making bi-weekly orders more economical for us and we can continue to offer customer discounts. Did you need something yesterday? We are willing to do a special order outside of our posted ordering schedule, but we wouldn't be able to do a discount and the order would have to be $15.00 or more.
