Cheryl’s Stitchery Nook

Cheryl's Stitchery Nook is not a walk-in store. It is an Internet store only. I do not carry inventory, with the exception of some fabric and threads as I special order weekly. This is more costly for me, but I feel that I can better meet my customer's needs because of the diverse amount of cross stitch charts/fabrics/fibers available.

At no time will any information you give me be made available to outside people or companies.

I have built my web catalog around the items available from Wichelt Imports, Hoffman Distributing Co., Just Another Button Company. and fiber companies such as The Gentle Arts and Weeks Dye Works. This means that the choices of fabric and charts for my customers are almost limitless; however, there may be a wait of 1 to 2 weeks for an order.

I order from my vendors each Monday. I receive my vendor orders within a week's time, at which time I mail your order to you.

Imported items, such as Eva Rosenstand Designs, Thea Gouverneur Designs, Rico or Permin Prefinished items, and bellpull hardware, may be backordered for several weeks to several months.

When I receive your order I will
1. Confirm your order through e-mail and send you an on-line invoice through PayPal

2. Order your items from my vendors

4. Notify you when your order is being mailed to you

Due to increasing rates and security concerns, I am no longer accepting credit card information by phone. All credit card information previously submitted to Cheryl's Stitchery Nook has been shredded and all credit card payments will be made on-line through PayPal. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to make payment with your credit card and I am not privy to any of your financial information. This method of payment is secure.

I pay the sales tax for Wisconsin residents.

Returns Return to top

All sales are final unless I am in error and you let me know about it within 7 days of receiving your order. If this occurs, I will give you instructions about returning the merchandise when I talk with you.

Damaged Merchandise Return to top

I will package merchandise in the best manner possible. I can't be responsible for items damaged in the mail. If you wish to add insurance to the cost of your order please let me know in the comments section of the order form. Insurance Fees
