do not carry inventory as I order
weekly from Just Another Button Company. I order from my other suppliers
as needed.

At no time will any information you
give me be made available to outside people or companies. Availability of Items Return to top Just Another Button Company buttons and button packs are never on backorder. I order directly from JABC on Monday mornings and usually receive the buttons by Thursday afternoon.
Wichelt Imports, Inc., is my source for bellpulls, Eva Rosenstand and Thea Gouverneur. Wichelt Imports is a wholesale business which specializes in imported items which these products are. As a wholesaler they also experience backorder of product which translates into a backorder for me and then for you. They send me backordered product as soon as they receive it so the only thing I can do is ask for your patience when a product you have ordered is on backorder. Backorders can be anywhere from several weeks to several months
Images Stitchery Design is located within 20 miles of Cheryl's Stitchery Nook and the owners, Wayne and Paula Banaszak have become good friends of ours. After your payment has been made I forward your order to Wayne and Paula and your product would be mailed directly from their site.

When I receive your order I
will 2. Order your items from my Just Another Button Company, Wichelt Imports, or Images Stitchery Design. 3. Mail your order to you with a shipping statement through USPS.

If you prefer to not pay on-line you may pay by check or money order.
For Wisconsin residents--the cost of your product includes sales tax.
All sales are final unless I am in error and you let me know about it within 7 days of receiving your order. If this occurs, I will give you instructions about returning the merchandise when I talk with you.
Damaged Merchandise Return to top Your order will be packages securely in a padded envelope or boxed, depending upon the items. I can't be responsible for items damaged in the mail. If you wish to add insurance to the cost of your order please select that feature which you would find at the bottom of the order form. Insurance Fees
