The
Lap-Stitch Dutch Treat
Frame for Perforated Paper
is designed specifically for the needle worker
who likes to work on perforated paper. The frame
has clamps which hold the paper securely for
working and avoiding the possibility of bending
the paper. The frame is designed so the paper is
elevated above the table so you can get your
hand under the bottom clamp for easy access to
the entire surface.
The side bars have 4 sets of holes so you can
select the holes to fit your project. The side
bars and knobs are packaged together.
The clamps are
sold separately. The clamps are
interchangeable with scroll dowels so the frame
can be used for other types of needlework. The
clamps are shown below. |

Lap-Stitch 4-Square
Dutch Treat Frame
can be used for cross stitch, needlepoint,
crewel embroidery, and quilting as well as punch
needle. This frame attaches the fabric on all
four sides to give you a drum tight surface to
work on.
The set contains 9
and 12 inch horizontal dowels and 9 inch
vertical dowels. It is very
light weight and portable. The frame can also be
used for Perforated Paper when clamps (sold
separately) are interchanged with the dowels.
Regular scroll frame dowels are available in the
dowel section of the catalog. The side bars have
4 sets of holes to accommodate any size project.

The frame can be expanded to 36 inches.

Lap-Stitch 4-Square Doodler
Plus is a portable
scroll frame that sets on a table allowing the
stitcher to work with both hands free. The
Lap-Stitch 4-Square Doodler Plus Frame has 2
sets of horizontal and 1 set of vertical dowels
so you can stretch the fabric very tight on all
4 sides. The raised curved side bar lifts the
project off of the table so one hand can easily
slip under the dowel so you can use both hands
for stitching. The equal length of the legs
gives you the opportunity to turn your project.
This frame is an excellent choice for larger
needlework projects of all types, including
needlepoint, quilting and rug-hooking. The
set contains 18
and 24 inch dowels and a set of 12 inch dowels
for the vertical sides of the frame.
This frame can be expanded to 36". We have
dowels from 6" to 36" in 3" increments.
